Based in the South West, Vesta Lettings is run by two experienced property professionals who both have their own property portfolios. We know first-hand how unnecessarily complicated and expensive the rental journey can be. 

We created this business to address the weaknesses we have experienced first-hand in the sector, and pride ourselves in being able to offer transparent and competitive fees that allow you to maximise return on investment.

Keeping costs low

After analysing dozens of our competitors we are very confident that our transparent fees are some of the lowest in the market.  It is easy to forget when seeing a top level figure, which looks cheap, that there are usually additional fees that are variable depending on the property type or level of service you require.  We have amalgamated services such as ‘Check-In’ and ‘Inventories’ into our baseline fee where they are essential to that service.  And we intend to keep our fees low and service levels high for the long term.

It is important to understand that good Tenants are the key ingredient to making an investment work. The vast majority of people are well-intentioned but a simple lack of knowledge on how to maintain their home can increase the wear and tear on a property substantially. We aim to create short and simple guides for both Tenants and Landlords to use as best practice for dealing with everyday tasks around the home, from taking meter readings, to avoiding damp.
